What we collect
When you send the enquiry form or message us on WhatsApp we receive your name, phone number, email address and the message you write. We do not ask for anything else and we do not collect payment details through this website.
Why we collect it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and to arrange your storage, parking, office or container if you go ahead. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to anyone else for marketing.
Where we keep it
Form enquiries are stored in the content system behind this website and sent to our email inbox. WhatsApp messages stay in WhatsApp on the business phone. We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a record of what we agreed.
Cookies
The website works without cookies. If you accept cookies when the banner appears we set a Google Analytics cookie so we can see which pages people read. Nothing is set until you say yes. You can change your mind from the Cookie choices link at the bottom of any page.
Your rights under UK GDPR
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it and object to how we use it. Email info@whittystorage.co.uk and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
