Most trade customers take a 20ft on the ground floor. It holds pallets, tools and stock with room to walk down the middle, and the van parks at the door while you load. All day parking is available from £10 if you want to leave a vehicle on site.
The security is the other half of it. Steel palisade fencing, automated gates on a code, number plate cameras logging every vehicle, CCTV around the clock and flood lights after dark. Your padlock, your key, nobody else's.
