Storage during a loft or a cellar job
Most enquiries from N10 are building work. A loft conversion means clearing years of things out of the loft first, and there is nowhere in the house to put it. A 10ft or a 20ft container takes it for the length of the job and you can get at any of it whenever you want.
People downsizing use us the same way. Rather than deciding what goes and what stays in a single weekend, the furniture sits in a container while the family works it out.
Ground floor or upper level is the other decision. Ground floor units cost more and you drive straight up to the doors, which is what you want if you are moving furniture on your own. Upper level units are reached by the steel staircase and walkway and cost less, which suits boxes and things you will not be carrying often.
